In response the COVID-19 situation, we are now offering telehealth online video consultations with our Osteopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. You can book telehealth consultations online here.
Our team is also gradually re-introducing in-clinic treatments, under strict hygiene conditions.
Until further notice, the following restrictions are being placed on in-clinic treatments:
- Reduced number of practitioners per day per clinic.
- No client crossover – 15-min gaps between each client.
- Disinfecting of all surfaces between clients.
- No touching of door handles required.
- Mandatory use of hand sanitiser for all clients and staff when arriving and leaving.
- No appointments for clients with cold/flu like symptoms.
- No appointments for clients who have travelled overseas within last 3 weeks.
