Nicole Carrick (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) and has over 16 years of clinical experience helping people recover from injury, reduce pain and move with confidence.

Nicole has worked in private practice across Victoria and Tasmania, treating a diverse range of patients including athletes, office workers, tradespeople, parents and older adults. She enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels, tailoring treatment to each individual's goals—whether that's returning to sport, recovering from injury or simply moving more comfortably in everyday life.

With postgraduate qualifications in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) and Pain Science, Nicole combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with exercise rehabilitation and education to achieve long-term results. She is also a qualified Pilates Instructor with over 12 years of experience and enjoys incorporating movement-based rehabilitation into her treatment approach.

Nicole is passionate about building genuine relationships with her patients and believes the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with people through every stage of life. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported and empowered to achieve their health and movement goals.

Outside the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, cheering on the Western Bulldogs, following Formula 1, reading, and keeping active through strength training and fitness.

Nicole has a special interest in treating:
