Brief info

Jai is an Osteopath at Melbourne Osteopathy Centre, consulting from the Essendon clinic. After living and working in Vancouver, Canada, Jai has recently returned to Melbourne, bringing with him broad clinical experience and a strong interest in movement-based care.

Jai has a special interest in treating runners, climbers and mountain athletes, while enjoying working with people of all ages and activity levels. His approach focuses on helping patients stay active, manage pain, and return to the activities they value.

He utilises a combination of hands-on osteopathic techniques alongside individualised exercise rehabilitation and activity modification, tailoring treatment to each person’s goals and lifestyle. This approach is supported by a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based practice.

Alongside clinical practice, Jai has experience teaching anatomy and clinical skills at Victoria University, working with both osteopathy and biomedical science students. He is also a qualified Level 2 Athletics Australia running coach, with a recent focus on working with trail and ultra-distance runners, allowing him to integrate sport-specific insight into both injury management and performance-focused rehabilitation.
