Dr Ayden Hamilton

Osteopath
Brief info

Ayden graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Bachelor of Health Sciences, and has been dedicated to helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy. He has worked with elite athletes as well as young academy players striving for professional careers, providing an independent perspective on injuries and guiding their long-term development.

Growing up playing football, Ayden experienced his fair share of injuries and understands the challenges of returning to sport. He has since continued to test his own limits, having completed half marathons, and now enjoys playing golf weekly. These experiences give him a strong appreciation of the physical and mental demands of training, competition, and staying active throughout life.

With a background in social work, Ayden brings a patient-centred approach that looks at the whole person, not just the injury. He values accurate diagnosis and clear communication, ensuring his patients feel informed and confident throughout their recovery.

Clinically, Ayden is experienced in interpreting medical imaging, delivering rehabilitation programs in gym settings, and using techniques such as Dry Needling to support recovery.

He has a particular interest in:
• Adolescent and academy athletes
• Sports and overuse injuries
• Disc herniation and spinal conditions
• Chronic pain management

Ayden is a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is committed to helping people move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
