Transport Accident Commission (TAC) osteopathy

If you've been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you may be eligible to claim reimbursement for osteopathic treatment through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
How to access TAC osteopathy
Accessing treatment through the TAC is straightforward:
- Report your transport accident to the TAC and lodge a claim.
- Wait for your claim to be accepted and receive your TAC claim number.
- Contact our friendly team to book your appointment and provide your TAC claim details.
If you have sustained a serious injury following a transport accident, you should seek immediate medical attention before arranging osteopathic care. For less serious injuries, we recommend seeing your GP and lodging your TAC claim as soon as possible.

Treatment costs
Once your TAC claim has been approved, eligible treatment costs can be claimed through the TAC.
Please note that the TAC may not reimburse the full cost of ongoing osteopathic treatment, and a gap payment may apply depending on your claim and treatment requirements. Our administration team will always let you know about any out-of-pocket costs before your appointment, so there are no unexpected surprises.
