Simple exercises to help manage headaches

As a frequent migraine sufferer, I’m always on the lookout for useful resources to help ease the effects of migraines and headaches. Recently, I’ve come across the Yoga U blog, and this excellent post about some simple foam roller exercises that you can do to help manage tension-type headaches. As a CBD-based centre, many of our clients are office workers who suffer from these types of symptoms. If this is you, then I encourage you to have a read. How Pilates Can Alleviate Headaches

A headache is a symptom of a number of different conditions of the head, neck and body. It can therefore be confusing for people to understand where the real problem is stemming from. In Australia 87% of people experience headaches every year, with the most common way of treating them being painkillers.

Headaches are a common complaint we hear from Pilates clients and for many people they can be a daily occurrence, and one that has lasted for a  number of years.
