BSc (Physical Education), Australian Pilates Method (APMA) Level 3

Senior Pilates Instructor / Pilates Manager

I love the feeling of helping my clients move their bodies in ways they didn’t know they could, giving them the opportunity to perform the everyday activities they love.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Nicole moved to Melbourne after gaining valuable international experience teaching Pilates in Singapore.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education at Otago University, Nicole followed her passion to become a fully qualified Polestar Pilates instructor, one of the few international Pilates qualifications. She is also a Level 3 member of the Australian Pilates Method Alliance.

Nicole is particularly drawn to Pilates because of how it assists to rehabilitate people from injury. Through her continuous learning and development in the field of Pilates, she has been able to gain expertise in chronic conditions, and complex pain management, whilst still holding to the key Pilates principles in alignment with her teaching style.

Nicole thrives on the close knit-working environment between Osteopathy and Pilates at Melbourne Osteopathy Sports Injury Centre.

Nicole coordinates the consultant / patient activities and helps integrate the Centre’s range of expertise into the treatment provided for each patient. She enjoys working closely with other health professionals so her clients can achieve their goals and the best outcomes possible.
