Hannah Donaldson

Hannah Donaldson grew up in the rural Victorian town of Mildura before moving to Adelaide in 2007 to complete studies in Physiotherapy and Pilates. She is a passionate about using a holistic biopsychosocial approach to treat the body. In Hannah’s experience, a combination of manual therapies, movement, mindfulness and nutrition advice leads to the best outcomes for treating illness or painful experiences.

Hannah has a strong passion for all movement modalities and is fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself. She is particularly interested in the brain sciences with a focus on neuroplasticity, the power of words and the empowering effect of education.

In addition to her Physiotherapy degree, Hannah has completed a Polestar Pilates Diploma, Yoga teacher training in India as well as exploring various meditation techniques. These have all combined to provide her with a deeper insight into the power of the mind and its relationship with pain.

Hannah used a holistic approach to treat her own chronic back condition and has since been inspired to heal other people’s injuries while improving their health and wellbeing. She is a firm believer in the healing benefits of movement, a positive mindset and up-to-date advice from qualified health practitioners. Hannah also recognises the importance of working alongside an inspiring team of diverse professionals to achieve the best outcomes for all clients.

In her spare time Hannah enjoys being in nature, hiking, water skiing, Pilates and yoga. A passionate music-lover, she also enjoys singing, playing piano and guitar. Hannah feels that the laws of music align with her personal philosophies, helping her find balance and rhythm life.
